Custom & Semi-Custom wedding invitations:
- All sales are final.
- Deposits / First payments secure our services for 1 specific date. Any change in this date is subject to availability, and cannot be in excess of 1 year from the original date or additional fees will apply.
- Graphic design services and printing services do not begin until payment has been made for service.
- We stand by our work and will do whatever needed to make sure you are thrilled with your invitations. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all!
Day of Stationery Services:
- All sales are final.
- Because your deposit has booked us for your date with a specific dollar value guaranteed, we cannot decrease the overall value of your day of stationery services booked. As an example: If your order was for $1,000 worth of day of stationery services at booking, you cannot then remove items during the process to end up with a total order value of less than $1,000. However, you are welcome to add on to your order at any point in time and this bill will be settled 1 month prior to your wedding date.
- Graphic design services and printing services do not begin until payment has been made for service.
- Your event date is not booked until a deposit has been paid. Once a deposit has been submitted, your date is secured with us and we are planning to work on your wedding.
- Rental items that are picked up and returned by client must have a pre-authorized replacement charge contract filled out prior to picking up the rental item. Any damages will result in a replacement charge made to this card. We highly recommend hiring us to do delivery & tear down for any large day of stationery items to avoid rental damages.
Non-custom products
- Any non-custom products can be returned for store credit within 30 days from date purchased. Products must be returned in original box in re-sellable condition, and customer must cover any shipping expenses.
- In the event of a defective product, full refund will be provided once proof of defect has been provided.
- Non-custom products are any stocked item that does not have client's names, wedding date or other client-specific details on it. For example, stocked holiday cards, bridesmaid gifts, standard vow books and some table numbers. Any product that has been designed or ordered custom for you specifically does not count as a non-custom product, even if there are no identifying details on it.
